Si vede che ho mia mamma in casa questo periodo...sto rispolverando tutte le sue ricette tradizionali..queste polpette sono una delizia una tira l'altra...ahime' con questo blog sto ingrassando!! E' inverno e per scaldarci un pochino ci cuciniamo del brodo con due belle patate una carota una cipolla del sedano e un pezzo di carne magra...ebbene tenete da parte la carne e le patate

Bollito di carne
Patata bollite
Tre uova
Prezzemolo
Uno spicchio di aglio
Parmigiano grattugiato
Pangrattato biaglut q.b.
Olio semi

-Passare la carne fredda al mixer insieme alla patata, se dovesse servire mettetene anche 2 potatoes, the mix should remain firm.

Mettere tutte le verdure in un wok con poco olio un cucchiaio di zucchero e due cucchiai di salsa di soia e saltare per qualche minuto.


-Togliere le verdure dal wok e mettere al loro posto gli spaghetti precedentemente bolliti per 9-10 minuti e farli saltare.

-Unire le verdure agli spaghetti saltati e farli insaporire.
