apple pie
The apples are sweet with a passion of mine, this recipe comes from one of my blog favorite and I adapted to the gluten free flour, and remains moist in the center and 'delicious!
mix 200 g flour 200 g butter c Schar
8 apples
4 eggs 250 g sugar 6 tablespoons rum
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 teaspoons cream of tartar 1 pinch salt
a handful of raisins
-Beat eggs with sugar and rum and vanilla, then half 'of butter and flour, add the remaining hand' cause the dough will be 'dense.
-Mix to tuttto previously diced apples are not too large, and raisins.
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees, and in the meantime hold a 26 cm cake tin with baking paper, pour the entire mixture into the pan and bake for 50 minutes.
-removed from the oven sprinkle sugar icing on the cake.
